The wheels are turned away from the officer - in slow motion, you can see there is no intention to hit anyone, only turn the steering wheel and wheels to leave the scene. Not a threat.

The agent wasn't in front of her car until she started to turn the wheel (away from him). He could have easily stepped out of the way since she was turning to avoid him.

WTF?!?!?!?!? This woman was turning around. She had cut the wheel to TURN. The ICE agent was not directly in her way. She was NOT racing to run the agent down. This was no more reckless than my teenager turning around in my driveway while I tell her to drive safe. This is an INJUSTICE.

The fact that agents were in their cars, and got out, without blocking them in. Shows they it’s was not much of a threat to the public. Plus, it was icy road conditions, as you see agents slip on black ice. So having your wheel forward is the correct way to move on an icy road, and then turn.

The front wheels are only solidly in when they’re on the side or in hover mode. Meaning, that during the movement between clicks, the wheel can fall out. So you need to click the wheel in hover mode before you turn the wheels into his chest. I don’t remember the original being like this.
