🧶Do you ever have a dream & you wake up but all you can remember is something you had to do? Well I dreamed that I needed to make mittens for myself. I remembered this free pattern from Tincanknits & I found some lovely wool Berroco Ultra Alpaca in Blue.

Finished a big knit tonight. Blanket is in Aura DK from Expression Fiber Arts (discontinued) and the accessories are in their Crema Sock yarn. Patterns: Beanstalk Blanket by Louise Robert, Barley Sock by TinCanKnits, Newborn Norwegian Mitts by Jennifer Hoel, Easiest Baby Socks by Sharyn Armstrong. 🧶

I've gotten as far as I can with an #antlersweater (#tincanknits) until yarn reinforcements arrive. Just hope the new ball of yarn arrives before the new nephew does!

www.ravelry.com/patterns/lib... This has pretty good sizing, it goes up to a 66 inch chest and is on my to knit list. www.ravelry.com/patterns/lib... This also has a nice size range too. But I've had to hunt and look at Reddit posts of recs. Tincanknits does have some pretty inclusve sizes as well.

I'm familiar with tech editing the same base pattern in different weights, and I tech edited the TinCanKnits app. Checking app data helped, but I still ended up checking as many as 4 or 5 individual size sets of instructions for a design. The number of documents was problematic.

Another blanket for #ShowMeYourKnits! This is one of my favorite baby blankets I'd knitted. My friend told me her nursery was going to be "Boho Cowboy" themed, and I had no idea how to interpret that... so this is what I came up with! What do you think?

This week's #ShowMeYourKnits is for WIPs. My colleague, with the tiniest of baby bumps, agreed that yes she loves hand knitted items for babies, and that colour wise blues would be good. Oh, and due in January!!! Sooo I'm doing TinCanKnits Marley blanket as fast as I can.

I would suggest Ravelry, Tincanknits, Lopi designs, and Novita knits. Have a look at tincanknits ‘strange brew’, which gives you a recipe to help you design your own stranded knit yoke sweater.

Day 2: Looking Forward

I work at a week at a time. For this week, I'm looking forward to adding a large stash to yarnsaver.com, editing a new episode for #pardonmystash to launch the start Season 5 on February 6th, and working more on my #northwardbeanie by #tincanknits
