235 - Starlancer released in 2000. A spiritual successor to Wing Commander that I really enjoyed but was generally a flop. It didn't have live action cutscenes and instead had animated characters.

i am a self-taught embroiderer who bought a melco emc-10t second (or fifth) hand and therefore knew how to run/maintain old workhorse industrial machines. mine was one step beyond floppies, opting instead for the bespoke starLAN setup of nightmares but the tajimas were floppy run and had no HUD.

Frankly, I think comms over fiber is way more secure, and fuck-proof, than satellites. I'd rather air traffic control not be blind during sunspots/solar flares. Or be wiped out completely with an EMP in orbit.

Starlink is fun, but only for noncritical applications.

That stuff about Starlan I don’t think it’s at all true I am pretty certain that all votes are delivered by truck. Nothing is transmitted electronically unless you have absolute proof of that I would never believe that.
