Black woman here, and "Gaines" chose to embrace and spread white supremacy, hatred of women, particularly Black women, and Black people in general. He thinks he's better than Black Americans descended from slavery. He can reap the benefits of the fields he sewed.

After the first year the fact that they were making little progress but at great cost was a sure sign they were losing.

Look at me! I'm a Charizard now! Avatar by Eligecos!

Gosh, Charizard is one of my favourite-ever Pokémon, and it makes me so happy that I finally get to BE them! :red_balloon_heart: :cera_happy: :red_balloon_heart:

Even if they can pass policies & programs T won’t sign them, making them just for show. So the media will focus on the investigations and the public will also think Ds aren’t doing what people want.

They’re kind of screwed either way.

Does that mean an R wins in 2028? It’s a danger.

I worry.

Hearing from @polphilpod.bsky.social that my 'Plato's tyrant' episode has made the top 5 of his Political Philosophy podcast this year, remembered to post a picture of the 'Plato's tyrant' protest sign which the artist Peter Liversidge made for me at his sign-making studio installation in October.

2 of my 1st signs this year. It got to be almost fun making a new sign for each protest. Despite no gains, won't stop.

Generally you need to work within your budget and focus on addressing the intersections with the highest accident rates. Do you now think there are traffic engineers making these decisions? You really think traffic circles are some sign of government corruption?

This makes me wonder about all the people who said Donald was making a "white power" sign during his campaign & rallies.

#blueskyartshow #openhouse a hill I'll gladly defend is that memes are art too! Some more than others sure, but all still following in the footsteps of Duchamp's toilet & Warhol's soup cans. Plus bluesky's meme game is kinda 💩 and needs all the help it can get. #modernart

OP is making a fair point about Waymo’s not knowing how to handle traffic light outages, but JFC look at all the humans in the rightmost left turn lane (there are indeed two) WHO SHOULD BE TREATING THIS AS A STOP SIGN! WTF is wrong with SF drivers?
This failed Waymo robot is in the ONLY left turn lane on Market St eastbound in downtown, forcing everyone to go around it on the right to make the left:

Market at Franklin, San Francisco

Good thing there are human drivers who can handle a power outage.

placing posts behind a sign-in gate serves no function aside from making people consent to Bluesky collecting their user data in order to read a thing and given the direction that site has been going - no fucking thank you

Surely a sign of declining decision making capabilities; I had the opportunity to buy a signed photo of the Honky Tonk Man and passed it up

and the elements that make us notice said stuff is filled with a ton of humanity, that deserves recognition

It's a bad sign when 1 element of a game can disregard the whole thing. That's not good for the art making process especially when we're talking about an artform which spans ->

Players making decisions Chapter 8 takeaway

1) You don't need to ask for or sign NDA when discussing game idea
2) What if idea shared is something they already working on?
3) Ideas are cheap (yes, even yours best idea)
4) You pay money for end-product, not idea
