Worst mansplaining I've encountered in ages from @santanderuk customer service, who tried to tell me the bank app only shows some transactions (wrong), I could use a browser to access my statements online (duh), and maybe I'm better off getting paper statements.

I got caught by an online credit card scam but luckily the bank were right on top of it, texted and phoned me and had the card blocked and cancelled within minutes. Thanks @santanderuk!

I tried to send a phishing email to @santanderuk because, you know, that's what the Banks ask you to do. Tried two different email addresses, both rejected because @ionos_uk has a "poor reputation", apparently. Are the banks really that interested in stopping scammers phishing?

The @santanderuk saga continues. Having been told I need to visit branch with just my passport (I double checked) to sort out the mess of my account being blocked for no reason I'm now told I should have brought my card. Although as I do everything online I don't have a card!
