Been making exactly the same point.
From a comms position he’s adopted a lose/lose position.
If the ban is overturned he faces the cost of extra policing and reputational damage when it all kicks off.
If the ban remains, he’s backed down/lost - in which case, he looks powerless, and a bit stupid.

I watched something about it recently, and whether you were for one character or the other, what I didn't realise at the time was how poor the FAI were at managing Comms between all parties, which surely exacerbated how bad things got.

This month has been my worst month financially this year (mostly finishing comms from last month), but best month for self improvement, like maybe ever.
Switched from a cad program to using blender, been going for walks every day, dopamine detoxed
I'm still getting through things, but I'm confident

There will be general comms about the timetable change, so he didn’t need to go out of his way to tell me but I thought it was really kind to use what he knows and realise it will have a bigger impact on us.
