Byakugan + Flying Raijin + Uchiha Shuriken technique + Massive Rasengan finish is insane!
All that's on top of him being 100% Otsutsuki and all the other jutsu & hax up his sleeve.
I do think Teen Karma Boruto is probably edging out Isshiki & Baryon Naruto in strength
Or is at least equal to them-

We cut to one of my favourite panels of Boruto in the entire manga. He looks so tuff in that page turn. His Karma-amped Rasengan obliterates Mamushi & he uses Flying Raijin to cut apart multiple clones in one swift motion. I also really appreciate Ikemoto's crisp artwork here. He's so cool.
