Even though Mitsuki was under the affect of Omnipotence, he made an effort to reach out to him, to show his true personality despite his role. He is NOT doing that with Inojin.

It could also be an extension of Boruto's stoic exterior, that he's keeping everything inside right now. But it's also not hard to read this as deeply sad. For the first time in three years, he's seeing old friends again, and not connecting with them on any level.

Yes, there are lots of additional circumstances going on beyond his relationship with Inojin: He's playing the role of Kawaki and knows that's who Inojin *thinks* he is due to Omnipotence. His classmate just admitted to having a crush on his little sister. He's having a spat with Koji.

NNG Boruto was undeniably a social creature, the center of his academy class. Here, we see him pointedly ignoring Inojin, looking the other way, bored.

Inojin: Secretly communicating outside of the sensory unit's purview, without following procedure and smack in the middle of a meeting among Konoha's top brass, no less? When personal use of mind transmission is prohibited? Is this how you guys always operate? I don't know how many rules you broke just now.

I think Inojin was the first character to explicitly call out Boruto's privilege to his face, that he'd have been treated harshly if the wasn't the Hokage's son. Now, Boruto is existing in a world where he *isn't* the Hokage's son and is living under the consequences Kawaki would have faced.

Reading each new chapter of Boruto: Two Blue Vortex reminds me exactly of how it felt reading Boruto: Naruto Next Generations. These two titles are like the anti-Dragon Ball Super. Whereas most sequel series wish to replay the greatest hits with the original characters, Boruto has no issue eschewing

It has always felt like the Boruto series is in conversation with the Naruto series, testing Sasuke's thesis at the end of the last chapter to see if it can hold up under non-shinobi circumstances.

I love how so many of the main characters seem to be deeply influenced by Naruto's love: Kawaki, Sarada, Boruto, Hinawari. It manages to focus on the new gen cast while still being rooted in Naruto's ideology.

Oh good, ChatGPT is getting "erotica for verified adults" later this year

We made ChatGPT pretty restrictive to make sure we were being careful with mental health issues. We realize this made it less useful/enjoyable to many users who had no mental health problems, but given the seriousness of the issue we wanted to get this right.

Now that we have been able to mitigate the serious mental health issues and have new tools, we are going to be able to safely relax the restrictions in most cases.

In a few weeks, we plan to put out a new version of ChatGPT that allows people to have a personality that behaves more like what people liked about 4o (we hope it will be better!). If you want your ChatGPT to respond in a very human-like way, or use a ton of emoji, or act like a friend, ChatGPT should do it (but only if you want it, not because we are usage-maxxing).

In December, as we roll out age-gating more fully and as part of our “treat adult users like adults” principle, we will allow even more, like erotica for verified adults.
