Cannot state highly enough how good his bands have been. I saw RFTC every time they played in London most of those shows were the best shows I've ever seen. And I've seen the Stones, Velvet Underground, Van Morrison, Floyd, McCartney, Nirvana, Beastie Boys and more

Cannot state highly enough how good his bands have been. I saw RFTC every time they played in London most of those shows were the best shows I've ever seen. And I've seen the Stones, Velvet Underground, Van Morrison, Floyd, McCartney, Nirvana, Beastie Boys and more
I have now realized that Live from Camp X-Ray is NOT a live RFTC album, and is in fact, a studio album. The blunders continue.

This is an enjoyable read. It brings back good memories for me, flattening the grooves on “Hot Charity”. I met RFTC on their first day in the UK, when they burned through all of the oxygen in a tiny in-store cameo before playing The Garage in Highbury later that night.

My first RFTC gig remains writ large in my memory banks. Every bit as thrilling & electrifying as I was told they'd be - a good friend insisted I go see them (tho' I can't remember where 😂, Forum maybe?). Absolute scenes. I did miss the last train to Norwich but what the hell!!!
