Bill Mollison #Permaculture and Christopher Alexander #TimelessWayOfBuilding and #PatternLanguage stress that growing areas are 4+ dimensions: north-south and east-west, vertical, and how plantings, #pollinators, and people participate over seasons and years.

..cont. I'm acutely aware that for all the obvious value of a #patternlanguage, it is incredibly unwieldy to introduce as a design tool into real collaborative building projects, this should help.
