I love salmon & that sounds amazing. A lot of my cooking (when I'm in the mood 🙈😂) is 'experimental', we don't have any special dietary needs but my daughter & I are both pescatarians so we love making our own homemade soups, casseroles etc.

Agreed with mum I won't make a Christmas cake this year, which I'd normally do this month. She's awaiting a medical diagnosis which will come with dietary suggestions, and I don't know if I'll yet have a job come December. Does feel a bit sad, but also we're not in the mood for Christmas this year.
