#I3
Looks like the overnight print job detached from the print bed and destroyed my i3 #3DPrinter. Again. I am not sure if I have the parts to get the new printer going to finish it. Gotta do inventory check. #Blob

After we got a lot of electric cars here in Norway the air is very good, even in heavy traffic areas.. Very rear to smell the fumes from burned dino juice here...

Having a BMW i3 EV since 2017 I do not miss the fumes from gas filling either...

*squints* sir, that is a BMW i3

also every i3 rice just looks like "i made the rectangle color different and i found a cool thing to screenshot in the terminal"

Ale do prdele je po D6 autem v nouzaku 60km/h a nesjet na nejbližším sjezdu a nebo jet po D0 elektrickou nákupní taškou i3 70km/h me trochu vytáčí. 😡😡😡

Horrible wheelhop too for a rear engine/rwd car in the warm and dry too, it made an i3 look like a dynamic masterpiece.
I really wanted to like it

it ran fine on my i3-1115G4(that's a 𝓭𝓾𝓪𝓵-𝓬𝓸𝓻𝓮 from 2020) aside from some stutters during loading so proably

okay a few folks recommended aerospace to me, so i set that up today on a fresh macbook and yea...this will do it. was able to configure it _just_ about the same as how i'd have it set up with i3 or sway, and the key bindings are all essentially the same which i love
so is it like possible in 2026 to get macos workspace switching without the godawful animation and focus delay between switches, or are we still suffering? going to have to return to a mac soon and really would love to be able to fix that…

BMW i3 is one of my most anticipated debuts this year.
💪 M model will surely have awesome power
🪫 I want it to be LIGHTER than other EVs
🤓 Hoping it is close to Model 3 Performance. for weight, but built BETTER (like a BMW)

...Which is what many Australian EV buyers are currently doing, to approximately no purpose.

Unfortunately such vehicles are hens-teeth in the market. Example was the BMW i3, a fantastic car, no longer made (gather there's still a 'Mini' badged equivalent).

but every time I go back to i3 it feels like home because it was what I used when I started using linux and it's extremely familiar to me

Der i3 ist jetzt schon ein Klassiker. Zu Recht, weil sowas werden die nimmer bauen…

Devastated being overstatement. Not ideal, but it's a trade-off. We've been fast charging our i3 for years and there is no noticeable battery degradation
January 14, 2026 at 5:53 PM
It even comes with a STICK!

I3 Yees.....
Gooooood.. The lock is in you now...
(xd I hope you get the reference)

Ours is 8 years old. "charging our i3 for years" eye-3 there :)

Battery life is not a non-issue but IMHO is is way overblown. For some reason people want to hate EVs so issues get exaggerated. I guess they do not like torque.

We've had the i3 for three months now... and it's utterly brilliant.
Nicola uses it in EV mode most of the time, charging overnight every fourth day or so. She's just filled the petrol tank for the third time. £9.
BMW should make them again so we can buy another used one in 2030.
