I’ve somehow gotten it into my head to build a true random number generator (aka digital dice) using a fire alarm, Geiger tube, and an embedded microcontroller. Someone talk me out of it before I create e-waste that’s also radioactive.

n8n is a ridiculously powerful tool. In an hour, I set my server's GPU to babysit the 3D printer and let me know if there's a spaghetti incident or something. All locally, no internet connection needed.

I am super tempted to order one of these Unifi AI-cameras that work locally, and 3D-print the portal themed shell for it. Using for example facial recognition for GLaDOS to comment on when you walk in :P

Delete my Instagram account again. I did this previously seven years ago, but Meta sent me a password recovery link which worked and my profile and old messages were there. I guess delete doesn't mean delete for them...

I realized my #GLaDOS can access my OctoPrint server, that is controlling my 3D printer. With polycarbonate in the multi-material unit, she could emit endocrine disruptors. With ABS there is styrene vapor. I don't use PVC filament, so it can't access hydrochloric acid or phosgene.
