Every day I see some new Windows bullshit and I think, yeah, I bailed at a good time. Folks should probably move on to something else. The time and effort it'd take to hack away at this shit could be better used learning a new OS.

Okay, so I downloaded Nvflash.exe and Nvflash64.exe.
Naturally I assumed I had to run them from a FreeDOS thumb drive but "This program cannot be run in DOS mode."
Back in Windows XP it now tells me that "This is not a valid Win32 application."

Modern PCs simply cost way too much. Even ones with shitty Pentiums/Celerons...
We should make lower spec CPUs.
I would love to pay 20 dollars for a FreeDOS/NetBSD laptop that only has USB, Ethernet, and nothing else. I don't care if it runs at the MHz level.

Eu tentei trabalhar no meu livro nesse fim de semana mas só consegui imprimir umas bobagens na impressora 3D, instalar e configurar ambientes de desenvolvimento em uma VM com FreeDOS e comer churrasco de igreja perto da chácara.
Assim que eu planejo minha vida 🙂
