I WANT to like extractions. Dark and Darker for example, or Tarkov when I tried it. My problem is there's no... end-point? Like there's no victor, there's no end goal for the gathering. My brain never feels that I'm working towards something. It's FUN but I get distracted as I don't feel a "reward".

Sounds awkward. OH’s step Mum (101) had dental extractions recommended by her dentist. Left her and us feeling that she should have refused, especially given how problematic her recovery was. Good for your Dad. Sounds like he’s in control

I would be scarred for life if my acne were that bad. I would stay home all day doing extractions on myself, just totally out of control.

Our local pharmacy sells DIY dentistry kits - do your own filling and extractions. Shocking to have to resort to this.

She says she might see stuff that needs doing as the deep cleanings go on so that’ll be fun, but apart from two emergency extractions I don’t see a dentist from age 18 to 39 so the one filling I needed when I finally got a nhs dentist wasn’t too bad

When Benny went to get his second set of extractions done, it felt like they were insisting upon trimming his claws. I declined and they seemed surprised. I just didn't want him to exit the procedure feeling defenseless since he has no more teeth.
