I need to try and work out how to make cupcakes with a bench ‘drawn’ on them
- the nd group/charity I help with is called banc, building a neurodiverse community. And banc in french is bench. (Our leader is french)

Tonight was the first ND group at the new venue. It was so much more comfortable and I’m in less pain this evenings

My order for the lowest dose of mounjaro has been approved. No response about my ask to start on a higher dose. I’m just happy to go back to mounjaro sooner rather than later

The pharmacy replied, they will only review what dose when I put in an order 🤦♀️
So I’ve put in an order for the lowest strength mounjaro as it literally wouldn’t let me select higher, then I’ve sent a separate query with my order number querying the dose

My order for the lowest dose of mounjaro has been approved. No response about my ask to start on a higher dose. I’m just happy to go back to mounjaro sooner rather than later
I also just got some uni work done. I’ve pruned the main body to meet the word count and done the referencing; all that’s left is writing the introduction and conclusion
Despite errands and an appointment I’m on my 4th Christmas film of the day, something to do with waking up at 3am I think

I braved the rain. I went to the dentist, back in Feb for some fillings but she said I’m much improved from last time. Did a post office trip that involved a hideously long queue in the rain, and finally stopped by the shop to get food of a couple of meal deals

After over a year on mounjaro I have much less tolerance to my own bullshit, aka urges to binge, overeat, sh etc
My brain is partially overthinking and obsessing about very unhealthy urges, yet there’s a part of me looking on thinking ‘ah ffs I’m busy, I haven’t got time for this bullshit anymore’
