I think a bhuddist principle if you can instill it is pretty helpful, too:

I heard about some nuns having contemplative prayer time so not sure if it’s “allowed” or a “privilege” for religious. My son grew up in a Shinto and Bhuddist majority area. So for him, prayer was mostly contemplative.
