The updated kernel 6.12 will help you get benefits from upstream improvements in scheduling, networking, security, and system tracing. Some of the features include EEVDF scheduling, FUSE passthrough I/O support, and enhanced eBPF support. In addition, OpenSSL has been upgraded which provides a significant performance upgrade.
