We are a Democracy with laws against killing, kidnapping, assault, threats, intimidation. Judge Biery's court order freed Liam & his Dad. Get a court order to gain access to the children, teens, & adults. Contempt of Court is not a weapon, it is holding the one not obeying a court order to do so.
Abolish DHS/ICE they are the reason for killings, brutality, violence, violation of rights, greed, (DHS/ICE $80 BILLION) ($30 BILLION/3 Years Palantir Illegal Surveillance & Photos), GEO CoreCivic profit prisons (reaping $1 BILLION “much to the delight of private/PROFIT prison executives.“) and denying access to legal counsel. STOP the Illegal Kidnappings, Assaults, Injuries, Killing END Our Tax Dollars Paying for Illegal Imprisonment, Illegal Surveillance, Illegal Kidnapping All People Imprisoned by DHS/ICE have Been Denied Due Process, Denied Legal Counsel, Removed From State &/or Country, kept in deplorable, inhumane conditions with very little food with grasshoppers/maggots, little access to showers, sleeping next to a hole in floor used as a toilet, sexually abused, tortured and traumatized. There are no legal grounds for any of these children, teens, women, and men being held against there will in our Democracy. I contacted my federal Dem reps.
I have read Senator Schumer's and Representative Jeffries's statements about legislative actions to rein in ICE and stop the violence, and I am appalled and dismayed. No, I am disgusted and sickened. I have lived for seventy-two years and have never seen such weak-willed, out-of-touch capitulation to American fascism as those statements. You don't reign in a rabid dog with admonishment and promises of treats. You put it down. You isolate it from the public, where it can do no harm, and humanely put it out of its and everyone's misery. Abolish ICE and break up the DHS. It is a twenty-four-year experiment created out of fear that failed. It spawned a private police force and fascist army that is being used against the public. DO NOT fund the DHS under any condition. Stand up for America. If not for your constituents, then for the memory of the people who fought fascism, secret police, and concentration camps abroad. I voted for you to keep the felon in chief in check, and every time it becomes hard, the party capitulates. Yeah, I am pissed. I expect more.

Abolish ICE is the bare minimum. This involves every root and branch of a rotten DHS. This is irredeemably bad behavior, and you can’t reform that.

She offered me $2600 to self-deport.
I refused.
I wanted to talk to my attorney.
They didn't tell me the judge had already ordered my release and return to Minnesota.’

Put all of those requirements on the US Marshals, ban anyone who has ever been employed by DHS from employment with the US Marshals, transfer ICE duties to US Marshals, abolish ICE.

Law enforcement must be done by law enforcement professionals. ICE and Border Patrol are not that.

We can abolish ICE. We can destroy DHS. But I don't know how you fix the fact that 1 in 3 of us are objectively evil.

This is a good Democrat. I want the leadership to vocally care as much as Rep. Omar does. I understand they can't abolish ICE today, but I want them to say if we give them a majority they will burn DHS to the ground & salt the earth where it once stood. Make me believe you care half as much as I do
