Propublica reports that ICE nearly choked a 10th grader, Arnoldo Bazan, to unconsciousness who was getting McDonalds with his father. They then stole and SOLD the phone he was using to record their crimes. His father was choked too and kidnapped. ProPublica has documented more than 40 such cases.
