P.S. I’ll be replacing tub & tile with new tub surround enclosure soon, as I am renovating room-by-room.

To do that with my shutdown goalie client Boosh would be a joy.

Professor Fluker is currently with Richard Harrison at Wilson Laycraft on @natepike.bsky.social @thebreakdownab.bsky.social defence from $6m defamation suit by MHCare Medical & Sam Mraiche. Per 14 Feb transcript, he was one of 3 lawyers who spent nearly 16 hours each overnight on one affidavit.

I also contemptuously addressed Health Min LaGrange's clumsily veiled threat that people (eg. repeating AHS's own admission the MHCare customized Atabay meds clogged neonatal ICU gastric feeding tubes) would be sued for slander.

2 days ago, the _non-partisan_ Auditor General's FAQ was updated to show he was appointed in 2018, before UCP.

Every iteration I've seen of the Alberta Health "refocus" has org chart has the Procurement Secretariat under AB Health, supplying all the "pillars".

Used to be able to easily find this org chart all over Alberta.ca, but now have to refocus onto Reddit captures.
