With the right message and a plan for how actual dangerous foreign nationals would be removed it could work. So could repealing the obscene jurisdiction powers granted to border patrol and anything else that lends itself to the admin branch having a secret police force.

Conservatives love the idea of "teach a man to fish" but they refuse to actually do the things that create the circumstances for a man to learn to fish. Welfare, aid, etc are designed to be ripped away the moment the most meager "success" can be claimed, rather than not stopping until it's ensured.

No one is stopping investigations from taking place, no one is stopping a law that says if a website or company online continually is found to be a portal for abusers to find victims that it can be prosecuted... nope, we're just going to make the internet less free and open. @democrats.org wtf.
