I don't know who needs to hear this but sometimes a sketch is just meant to be a sketch and not a finished piece.
Not everything has to be a "finished" thing. Maybe the sketch IS the finished version of that thing. If you learned from it, took what you needed, it had its purpose fulfilled.

i think what xiv dungeons are missing these days is small trash mobs that have mini tankbusters. dodgeable aoes are absolutely nothing compared to a pack of Unassuming Goblins kicking your shins in every 2 hits. they need to make us scared to see multiple sprites in a pull
