Little Nemo in Slumberland by Winsor McCay from December 20, 1908.
In this 12-panel comic strip, Santa Claus abducts Nemo and takes him to the palace of the Princess in Slumberland. He leaves Nemo hanging on her tree as a present. There are some beautiful panels of them flying over the city and then Slumberland.

In a historical milestone, Hubble has witnessed the catastrophic collision of asteroids in the nearby Fomalhaut planetary system 🪨💥 

Observations also revealed that an object previously suspected to be a candidate planet was, in fact, a dust cloud.

Despite our close linguistic relationship, German rhymes don't always work in English (wand and land in the original), translations split between Wall and All or Hand and Land.

The switch to a hand mirror does convey the narcissism well.
