This is a stunning pic. Mine aren't as good, but I currently have baby praying mantises in my garden. I had their mother last summer. It's the highlight of my life right now.

This was me yesterday after not having been in the pool in at least a year or more.
It wasn't the relaxing experience I wanted. A teenager tried to fight me, and it was loud. But the water did feel so lovely.

When I met my wife, I had not long started schema therapy & was learning about the punitive critic voice. It's a bully. It backs down when you stand up to it. I reminded her that it lies. So if she hears that voice saying nasty shit about her, what is it?

I’ve had threats. I feel it’s too risky for me to disclose details about my intimate life, in the current climate

I'm happy that my Thai basil cuttings are actually going to throw root. The last time I tried, they just wilted & died after a few days.
