In confirming today's orthodontist appointment, I noticed it's for 45 minutes rather than the usual 15. Fingers crossed today is the day they're finally coming off!!!!

What happened to the Justins? There were always two or three in every grade school class, and I don't think I've encountered a Justin in 20 years. Did they all become Pookies? Start going by other names?

I usually order cherry protein powder to go in my daily berry smoothie but the company was out so I opted for rocket pop flavor only to discover it has edible glitter in it. Which I guess is an improvement over the non-edible glitter that inadvertently wound up in it anyway. 🥴

Little tip for my fellow ADHDers/self-neglectors, I'm really enjoying the Finch app. It's kinda like a Tomagotchi except instead of shitting everywhere and crying, it sends me little positive notes throughout the day and tells me about her adventures abroad.
