I probably don't have a lot of reach here, but how has the first six weeks of 47's administration directly impacted you? Intellectually I am horrified, but physically - nothing has truly changed in my world. Trying to be mindful of what's happening to others.

On the HHS Leadership call today: 1 employee from CMS (Center for Medicare/Medicaid Service) and 2 employees from SSA (Social Security Administration) have died by suicide after their firing.
