I don't envy trying to unravel the rats' nest they inherited but the way they're abandoning the "broad church" ethos, fighting the left instead of the billionaire class, their strategic ineptitude... It's frightening. I have a great MP but I don't think he's got a cat in hell's chance in 2029.

And to think, there are so many wonderful people out there trying to adopt when people like this can just spooge out offspring and expect Uber Clippy to raise them.

Seeing Blair ground down under that machine would be more satisfying were it not for the real people who always suffer due to men like Trump. There are some people you try to reason with, some you work with, and some you should just stay the hell away from.

Seriously. If you run for government on the basis of so many people suffering and having a hard time through fourteen years of austerity AND a pandemic yet you're surprised mental health and ND services are getting slammed, you're a fucking moron.

Ahem. Sorry. Had to let that bit of steam off.

Oh dear, are they having trouble getting the plebs to pay for and train the machines they want to replace them with? Oh no... That's saaaaad.

I don't want to trash any of the new Trek but for me Galaxy Quest and much more recently The Orville are some of my favourites from that genre. Trek at heart, if not according to intellectual property law...

On that note - a minimum age setting / filter would be nice, wouldn't it? Sex work is work and not judging but I'd rather not be checking what kind of an account a follower is, only to be met with suggestive pics of an "18" year-old. I'm 40. It's not OK.

Right? Would make a change from the annual crop of Audis and BMWs stuck after parking on the beach too... Might spice things up a bit.

Also pretty expensive to nuke anything down here... You'd take out whatever city or town you aimed at for sure but about 99% of the blast would be some sheep, a few sheds, quite a bit of water... In this economy? Nah.

Nukes aside anything this side of Bristol is probably pretty safe tbh. Folks struggle getting a caravan much further west than Gordano Services, f**k trying it in a tank.

Got to admit I haven't watched it because the moment I read the blurb I thought I was preeeetty sure what the plot was going to be, so decided not to until I knew if I was wrong or not.
