Over at Cygnus-X1 I found this set of USS Reliant plans that included many alternative Miranda-Class layouts, including a quad-nacelle variant named USS Apache I hadn't seen before. Artist Thelin23 has one on DeviantArt.
The plans include the Soyuz so they must be from at least the early 1990's.

it's a fun adventure movie that has basically the plot as Sahara (1943) but instead of Bogie leading a rag-tag international band of rascals it's all Americans and instead of a clever victory it's kind of a bummer

I found this image of the Brenton-Class after I made the post. I love this ungainly but probably useful starship; I could imagine it probably fills a niche in the TMP fleet similar to the California-Class.

This beefy TOS bird of prey mates some Klingon D-7 warp nacelles to a surprisingly complex hull.
I did some Bing-ing and found the 3d model on a forum from 2020. It really helps flesh out the initial Atolm sketch.
