What do these corporations have in common?

Netflix
Ford
Tesla
T-Mobile
Duke Energy
DISH Network
Metlife
Dominion Energy
United States Steel

In recent years, they all paid their execs more than they paid in taxes.

This is what a corporate-rigged system looks like.

Gotta respect the Beeb's dedication to proving Bregman's point about the cowardice of the media. But probably the best response is for any guest on a BBC programme who agrees that Trump is "the most openly corrupt president in American history" should say that, live on air.

BBC News article & Media Show prevented from repeating Rutger Bregman’s corruption allegation in its coverage… of whether the BBC censored his speech!

The imposition of student loans, at all, was a crazy policy. Education pays for itself. The country benefits. Without it we'd be still living in caves living in a world of superstition (well, more than is currently believed in!).
I'm constantly shocked (but not surprised) by how little we discuss the additional financial burden placed on young people by the Clegg-Cameron student loan regime.

@rmcunliffe.bsky.social is one of the few journalists who brings it up continuously - once again in the wake of the budget 👇

I'd like the BBC to explain why, even from his UKIP days, Farage was one of the most regular contributors on #BBCQuestionTime if not *the* most regular. The BBC has done a lot to build his political career. Why?

Banter. The usual excuse for bullying and other deplorable behaviour.

His claim of not 'deliberately' hurting others. Utterly craven in his response and many will lap it up. He's a wrong 'un through and though.
