I absolutely love the 2017 Prey game. The vibe, the Art Deco aesthetic, the subject matter and presentation of the story (without spoiling anything). Just a solid, excellent piece of work.

I've been allowing myself to get bored, like, actually bored. No constant bg music, doomscrolls or Youtube to drown out the silence, just nothing.
It seems creative thoughts live in the nothing.
Also taking a break from 2D art in general has been allowing me to rediscover some of the magic too! :3

I'm not sure who started the whole Bluesky blackout thing, but that only works when a platform needs eyeballs on ads or has engagement metrics.

Also the music consists of low heartbeat piano dunts, scratchy strings & eerie off key synths.

You know, if AI use is so inherently toxic and tarnishing that you have to put out a statement clarifying that it's not been used Qzilla, maybe just maybe don't be confidently proclaiming to the world that you intend to "disrupt" the anime industry with genAI shortcuts and other buzzword shite. 🤷♂️
Doesn't solve the widespread anti-art tendencies that misaccusations due to AI panic merely reveal, and it won't change a studio that's already so deeply invested in techbro grifts, but I love that qzilla has been forced to issue a statement explaining that no AI was used in the production of Sekiro
