I'm so glad that decaf coffee and tea exist. I've been off caffiene for over a month and warm beverages are an integral daily calm for me. (decaf coffee still has a little but it's waaaaay less than a regular cup and hot chocolate can have quite a bit too and there's no easy way to tell.)
