A lot more people should know about the bravery Marimar Martinez displayed in the midst of Chicago’s occupation and the murder of two observers in MSP. They tried to kill her, shooting her 5 times, and it’s a miracle she’s alive to push for transparency like this after being persecuted by the DOJ.

NEW: In Minnesota v. Noem, a federal judge took no immediate action to halt the federal Twin Cities surge.

She ordered DHS to file supplemental briefing by Wed responding to claims that the purpose of Operation Metro Surge is to punish Minnesota and coerce it into abandoning its sanctuary policies.
Judge Delays Minnesota ICE Decision While Weighing Whether State Was Being Illegally Punished

A hearing is scheduled to begin at 9 a.m. CT (10 a.m. ET) on the state of Minnesota's request to halt the ICE surge in the Twin Cities.

I'm covering the proceedings remotely.

Please stop saying they are untrained! This is the training. You just didn’t care bc it was always on the border aimed at undocumented people. Now you care bc it is affecting white Americans. My work on Substack documents all of this.

Increasingly in the Twin Cities we need innocuous white people like me who haven't been flagged by ICE to deliver mutual aid to families who are unable to shop on their own. Folks who aren't on ICE's radar so they can't follow us to try and kidnap our neighbors.

My deeply held belief in being a bully has made me a pariah, no matter how much I bully with a smile.

I am now a martyr, which is the highest honor for a bully to achieve.

I will now use my martyr grievance as the most powerful of my bully weapons, in this society I built & dominate.
Interesting story that gets to the heart of why many Christians feel persecuted in the U.S.: The secular elite find many of their views abhorrent and uncouth

Yep, as I've been noting, INA 237(a)(4)(C) requires no allegations of lawbreaking, only that the Secretary of State declare that he/she has "reasonable ground to believe" that the person's presence in the United States "would have potentially serious adverse foreign policy consequences."
NEW: White House says the arrest and deportation of student activist & legal US resident, Mahmoud Khalil, is a blueprint for more.

The final line here is chilling. The White House specifically says Khalil was not breaking the law.

No evidence, no due process, no crime. He was just disappeared.

Undocumented people are *also* protected by the Constitution. Drawing a distinction for whether someone is worthy of basic human rights based on immigration status is a big part of the reason we’re here; assuming the Constitution doesn’t apply to literally every living person in the U.S. is another.
