i also LOVE their design for diana. genuinely it should be adapted into the mainline universe imo. giving her actual armor for once instead of just a corset and skirt feels so right, and making her actually buff is so good. her face also looks like it was pulled straight from a greek painting. 10/10

i also love the way sherman plays with the panel layouts to fit the environment and mood of the moment. it helps both set the vibe but also distinguish between scenes (cuts to different areas, flashbacks) and it feels just so playful and fun, they are such a perfect fit for this series.

READING LIST UPDATE: working my way through the absolute universe comics and i just finished absolute wonder woman and absolute superman. absolute wonder woman is SO GOOD i think it might genuinely be above abs. batman imo. the story is great so far (if slow going) and the art is INSANELY GOOD
