i feel like dc has an issue that marvel no longer has, in that their team-ups are much less interesting to normal people because they only really know/care about like two characters. maybe it's just from marvel existing stronger in the public consciousness

i've seen a lot of people criticizing andrew callaghan (you do not, in fact, have to hand it to him) for platforming nick shirley but honestly giving him an hour long video to speak unfiltered is more damning than any hit piece

READING LIST UPDATE: working my way through the absolute universe comics and i just finished absolute wonder woman and absolute superman. absolute wonder woman is SO GOOD i think it might genuinely be above abs. batman imo. the story is great so far (if slow going) and the art is INSANELY GOOD
