do you wanna be a guy who has 6 arms and a bajillion throwing knives? do it. do you wanna have 50 beast companions to sic on your enemies? go for it. i am quite literally putting in features that would allow for a build where you just throw beartraps at people, and it would be a VIABLE BUILD
to give people an idea of what kind of TTRPG i'm making (in case you didnt know, i am making a ttrpg system from scratch) the entire thing is built around the principle of "you make the sandwich". theres no classes, you build your character from the ground up, quite literally given the setting
