Moulton is the MA 6 rep, primarying Senator Markey. (Very centrist, throws trans people under the bus for a sound bite)

But he's also a former marine. Glad he posted that.

Not sure when Massport started the shuttles from Airport on the Blue Line, but Logan Express started in the late 80s.

Flagged the slow moving flare to my GI. Didn't respond to the mild steroid so I'm trying prednisone for the first time since 2016/2017. 😬

The last Doctor Who I watched was two series of the Thirteenth Doctor this summer before it left HBO Max so I haven't heard Murray Gold's music in a while.

I heard his series 10 album is finally being released!

I still have the original PT program from before surgery on the app and had started doing an exercise or two off that (like bridges 🙃) but I'm okay letting that streak break. I guess... It was just shy of 2 weeks.

It's dynamic - I don't and won't always need it. But when I do need the crutch, I think it helps preserve energy so I can stay out and continue taking the T instead of ubering door to door.

I've been thinking a lot about the crutch and whether I actually need it. I still think it'll be helpful for when I take the T. Because I don't always get a seat, it'd be nice to have a visible reason to ask. (And the T is doing shuttles to Copley again starting in 2 weeks!)

Today is 6 weeks since the surgery.

I need to see if the random foot/heel pain is "my sneakers are wearing out" related before I flag it with the surgeon. I remember this happening in June. I've been wearing sneakers almost exclusively.

I'd started humira at the very end of 2016 (like the nurse visited me 12/29) and it kept me stable through 2024. I got a good 8+ years and who knows if insurance hadn't intervened the brand name would keep working or if I'd just slowly flare anyway.

I'm on a mild steroid budesonide. We want to avoid prednisone, based on bad side effects from 2016/2017. (Insomnia etc.)

Didn't really respond to the 1st version uceris so trying entecourt.
(I was today years old when I learned there was a difference)

Last scope in May wasn't great but what my GI could see was mild activity. Flagged the pain when it went beyond my baseline to my GI but the message timed out and I never got a response (should have just started a new thread on gateway) Gateway is weird like that.

I may have filled the form out twice.

I tried giving The Lost Reliquary a review on Amazon and apparently my account (I only use it for Libby loans) isn't allowed to leave reviews?!

Suggested both Boston and Brookline Public Libraries buy it.

Had my crutch with me. Used it. I think it helped. Though sometimes I used it for my right leg instead of my left.
