I used to post my weird fridge spelunking lunches I make when I’m working. This is a reheated sweet potato with gremolata (lemon zest, garlic, and parsley) with feta cheese and some leftover Italian sausage. It was delicious.

Happy winter solstice, (northern hemisphere) witches ❄️

Today’s research gem to have handy when you plant your flax in the spring. According to the various lore you also need to take your pants off and show the field yours goods.
