This is exactly my issue with how Ruben has been going about things lately. If there’d be some youth and courage, I can be patient for the success. But now we have 0/3.
Words on why United's challenge isn't just about results in a rebuild - it's as much about identity. It says "Youth. Courage. Success" on United's shirts. Not much about this team fits that identity.

A full year in now and I’m not sure we’re any better than before. Still tactically disjointed, awful game management, and not even a semblance of “we’re fucking Man United” left. Rudderless, unrecognisable, and inconsistent. Even the points we do get reek of mediocrity. I struggle to see the upside.

I’m tired of the system chat, but I don’t think it’s rocket science that this setup would create more solidity, and allows our best players to do what they do best. This is not a bottom of the league squad, it really isn’t - especially not with one game a week.
