Tim is not a creator or artist he is a capitalist with the goal of being the only one in power. That involves pushing as many people out of the way and that involves other devs removed and replaced by tools he also controls and profits from.
A reminder that Tim Sweeney is trash, Unreal Engine is trash, and the Epic Game Store is trash. Fortnite, by extension, is also trash.

I think it has a lot to do with the commodification of art, where it only has “value” if it can make money, and the average person thinks it can only make money if it looks a certain way (I.e. finished realistic work that feels at home in a mainstream publication, often with a “sexy” lady on it).
