2) Her Isan Thai heritage shows beautifully w/ Japanese elements in tuna tartare in wasabi aioli & fish sauce-lime dressing. Seared scallops were overshadowed by pitch-perfect, spicy ginger scallion stir-fried cellophane noodles. Tori nanban fried chicken sang in herbs+egg salad.

I was driven to a number of spots and not too bad except one day coming back into the city when traffic was horrendous... I have a much worse time in Bangkok always being at a standstill in cars. 😜

2) Debora's menu was a welcome walk through Bogota neighborhoods, whether a crave-worthy potato & stewed meat fried puff partnered w/ Colombian creole sauce or gorgeous play on callos stew dotted w/ black pudding chorizo & tomatoes.
