My New Year Resolution is to appreciate Voltron even more than I did already.
Epic image of the Space Robot Voltron which is made up of 5 smaller Space Cat Robots. The last Vintage Daily Driver Crush of 2025 is this forgotten cousin of the Chevy Citation. The 1983 Pontiac Phoenix LJ is on the same platform as a Citation X-11, but with more Malaisey 3 box styling! $2K is way too much, especially with a bad transmission. Needs a supercharged 3.8.

Friends, artists, and free thinkers- this VDD Crush is a bit different. I'm really digging this front cut off of a mid 60s Dodge van, and could see the windshield area framing a TV or monitor.

But that seems like the Easy Button. What would you do with it, bsky?

Today's Vintage Daily Driver Crush is a boxy German brute. This Mercedes 407d (The "d" is for "Diesel"!) has plenty of seating for your crew, and a surprisingly usable flatbed. I would build a tiny home on the back, trim my beard into an ironic style, and become a trend following, roving barista.

Here's an Extra Special Treat today for your VDD Crush. A vintage '50s style sprint car with a 331 early Hemi! I would love to be able to plate this and drive it on the street! $10K is a lot of coin, however, though the wheels might be worth close to 1/2 of that.

Today's Vintage Daily Driver Crush (VddC) is my White Whale,even though it is black. It's a short wheelbase windowless 1991 Dodge van, but the real treat is that it has a factory floor shifted 5 speed manual transmission. I would love to have this shiftless $1k Cali treat. (Bad Clutch)

A left side view of a crude, rusty dragster that looks like it was built in the early '50s appears to be sitting abandoned in the desert. Flattened, destroyed whitewall tires cling to steel wheels adorned with ancient hubcaps. A 4 cylinder engine and transmission that have been painted orange sit completely exposed in front of the white steering wheel. A tall crusty juts skyward at a Dutch angle, like a monument to poor engineering. At the front, a small fuel tank that looks like it is from a riding mower is "secured" with metal strapping from a long forgotten hardware store. An overheard rear 3/4 view of a crude, rusty dragster that looks like it was built in the early '50s appears to be sitting abandoned in the desert. Inside the "cockpit" made of rusted tubes hammered flat and gas welded together you can see the white steering wheel that has had the bottom half of the circle hacksawed off. The flimsy tin bomber seat is at the very back of the vehicle, and to drive it, one would have to straddle the rear axle, with their reproductive bits snuggled closely to the puny banjo style rear end of dubious origin and strength.

Today's Vintage Daily Driver Crush is this 1969 Dodge Dart; if you are into "patina rods" you are in for a treat. Built by one of the "YouTube influencers," it has a healthy 340 backed by a 833 4 speed, and handling suspension it should be a hoot. $17.5K is highly optimistic, however.

Today's "Vintage" Daily Driver crush is a 2010 Chevy HHR panel all in white. I kinda like it as-is, but could also see it with some vintage style lettering, or even with some Boogie Van graphics and then use it as a shop truck. $1500 "needs a fuel pump" No, I don't believe it either.
