Past few weeks I’ve been getting stoned too much. Decided last night was my last weekday night. Gonna wait til at least the weekend so I can enjoy it instead of using it as a crutch for a fucked up world.

I think it was @hels.bsky.social who spoke recently about how all the protein/fiber snacks are to give consumers permission to eat "badly" by making it plausibly deniable they're eating "good." Anyway I just got emailed about a company making protein ranch dressing.

Anxiety and depression posting. Feeling kinda lonely and disconnected in these times. Everything, like cleaning, is hard to do. Feels like I’m sluggish and can’t do anything. Taking out the trash feels like a panic attack. Nothing is quick everything feels slower. Getting frustrated with hobbies.
