there is a genuine sense of grief when something that’s important to you and gave you comfort is rendered tainted because you discovered its creators didn’t believe in the messages that were so important to you nearly as much as you did

When playing burnout paradise I would turn down the volume on the in-game radio and put on some initial d music. The experience of bobbing and weaving through traffic and getting my opponents to crash horrifically was immensely improved
every driving game on pc needs to have a folder to put mp3s in so you can replace the ost with whatever volumes of super eurobeat you desire

This type of behavior is why I struggle to even consider doing ASMR content. People seem to forget that just because someone does ASMR or sensual content doesn't mean they consent to getting these types of messages.
