➡️ Before LLMs:
Coding: 2 hours
Debugging: 6 hours

⬅️ After LLMs:
Coding: 5 minutes
Debugging: 24 hours

🚨 Don’t let the buzz of AI fool you Because at the end of the day, programming constructs, data structures, & system design is what lets you understand, debug, & trust what the AI spits out...

Python was awarded a funding grant, funding grant asked Python foundation to remove all diversity and inclusion initiatives they have.

Python foundation said no and rejected the grant.

The real battle here begins so much earlier. In elementary schools we are trying to teach children to read, and write and think. But the temptation to use AI products or even cut and paste is enormous. It’s so much less effort right? And what 10 year old is going to choose more effort?

I normally tell students to always check three sources before making an informed decision. But what if those sources are AI-generated?

A new study has just revealed something alarming:

Researchers discover something valuable

It gets simplified for mass rollout

It becomes mandated and compliance-focused

Teachers lose autonomy

Form replaces substance

Fatigue sets in

The next "revolution" arrives

And so the wheel turns again.

2️⃣ Google (71%)

3️⃣ Other online sources (69%)

Online bullying was bad enough… now we have AI bullying. Deepfakes, malicious AI apps, and hyper-realistic impersonation are creating threats schools have never faced before.

We moved from text-based coding → block-based Scratch → now AI-based coding.

Like calculators, the tools get smarter, but the real question remains......are we teaching thinking, or just using the tool?

Feels like we’re entering a new phase in #EdTech.

Curious:

📥 What’s the most popular EdTech tool you’re using right now?

📥 Have your tools (or teaching habits) shifted because of AI?

AI isn’t just changing how we assess knowledge, it’s changing how we engage with content. The real divide may not be access to AI, but the mindset: Those who use it to refine ideas vs. those who let it replace thinking.
