I’ve been using it/its pronouns for about 17 years and people always love to make up some bullshit reason why it’s okay to misgender me. Hate it.
I can fucking promise you that if somebody is saying to refer to them with it/its pronouns it’s because they actually want to be referred to that way and I can also fucking promise you that they do not want to hear you lecture them about how degrading you think their preferred pronouns are to them.
