on the upside, the constant fog brings a much needed cult classic horror game spirit to an otherwise very boring town

it could also be the lady next door's place i guess?

i mean if you feel like it, it can be kind of a hassle esp in the ruby sea, but usually all the little sidequest chains in a zone end up tying together in some way and that really helps these places feel more alive

i was pleasantly surprised with all the occupation stuff bc my expectations were not high. but no yeah i agree, in the end stormblood doesn't quite tie it all together in the main story. loved the sidequests a lot more in this one than anything before though. azim steppe rules
