What he did to ruin the look of T2 with the bad scan / AI upscaling, etc. =( But the Studio Canal 4K scan of a 3D original was chef's kiss.
What Cameron seems to have allowed in True Lies and T2 is so bad, but I figure my trade off is finally having The Abyss director's cut w/ proper aspect ratios

I have no less than 3 brick and mortar biz ideas. Maybe more. They're all insanely simple and would be able to function as a add to the community and essentially break even to create jobs while filling needs. It's just that the sq ft costs are just out of reach. And this is for so many Americans.

Owners / Devs often don't live in the town, so they overvalue sq ft all over America.
If owners had rational economic expectations, there'd be a new era of brick and mortar storefronts of functioning, rehabbed downtowns.
All these vacant spots could be community oriented *&* revenue generating.
