It's fair to ask what else Kelly, Slotkin, and the rest will be doing to tangibly help troops with this, but the question is being asked here in such a manifestly bad-faith way that I can't take it seriously.

While I agree that a Mamdani platform would not be a slam dunk in every district in the country, we should acknowledge that winning an outright majority of the vote in a *three way race* is a remarkable achievement for any candidate in the modern American political environment.

Google was founded in 1998. They launched their first advertising program two years later and it was their first source of revenue for the company. In startup company terms, that's no time at all. They never anticipated that they would not use advertising to generate revenue.

I don't believe there was any significant period of time where they didn't expect to use advertising as a revenue stream. Google Ads was launched in 2000.
