Ukrainian strike on the Russian An-26 aircraft is a unique operation.
You can see on the video that the rotors are moving and the engine nozzle is hot. Fuel tanks were full, and looks like the aircraft was ready for takeoff.

James is a US teacher & former tech guy who moved to 🇺🇦 several years ago, got citizenship—is now in the Ukrainian National Gaurd, leading his unit’s fiber optic lab. He launched the YUkraine channel & website a couple years ago, & has been incredibly busy defending — but he’s back!

🤝 Ukraine will receive around $5 billion worth of military equipment from U.S. stockpiles by the end of the year through the PURL program. This includes air defense systems, ammunition, and critical spare parts. The funding will come from EU allies, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand.
